Terms of Service – Siam-Bridge

1. General Terms

By accessing Siam-Bridge, you agree to comply with these terms. Our services are governed by the laws of Thailand (for sourcing and IT operations) and Lao PDR (for local distribution and e-commerce licensing).

2. E-Commerce & Licensing

Siam-Bridge operates in accordance with the Lao Law on Electronic Transactions. Users in Laos acknowledge that:

All commercial activities are conducted via authorized e-commerce channels.
Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and/or Lao Kip (LAK), subject to current market exchange rates.

3. Product Authenticity & Variants

We guarantee the authenticity of all the products sourced from authorized Thai wholesalers.

Images modified for the Lao market (translated text) are for illustrative purposes.
The manufacturer’s original safety labels (Thai/English) remain the primary source of product information.

4. Shipping & Cross-Border Delivery

Delivery: Handled via our 3PL partners from Thailand to Vientiane.
Customs/Duties: Under ATIGA (ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement), we strive to facilitate tax-exempt imports where “Form D” is applicable.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified Lao address.

5. Payment & Currency Risk

For Cash on Delivery (COD) in Laos:

Payments in LAK are calculated based on the Siam-Bridge daily exchange rate.
We reserve the right to adjust prices if the LAK/THB exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% within a 24-hour period.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and Lao PDR. Any disputes shall be settled through the competent courts of either jurisdiction, as applicable to the specific nature of the transaction.
